These terms govern the use of this website. They say nothing about our deliveries; what we agree with a partner is set out in the quotation or agreement itself.

This website is published by Madame Pommes B.V., Lombokstraat 1-A, 2103 TK Heemstede, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 95610324.

2 · What the site is for

The site presents the house and its collection, and offers the possibility of requesting a tasting. It is aimed at restaurants, bistros and brasseries.

It is not a webshop. You cannot order here, and no sale is concluded by this route.

3 · What you find here

We compile the content with care, but cannot guarantee that everything is complete and current at all times. No rights may be derived from the texts and images on this site.

The selection of partners changes. A house listed here does not necessarily have our products on its menu at any given moment.

4 · Intellectual property

The name Madame Pommes, the logo, the design, the texts and the photography are the property of Madame Pommes B.V. or of their makers. The house’s own photography is by Vera van Bremen.

Copying, reproduction or re-use is permitted only with our prior written consent.

The names, logos and interior photographs of the partners remain the property of those partners and are shown here with their knowledge.

5 · The request form

A request for a tasting is without obligation. Submitting the form creates no agreement; we will contact you.

What you enter is processed as described in the privacy statement. If you enter someone else’s details, please make sure you are entitled to do so.

6 · Links to other sites

The partners page contains links to our partners’ websites. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

7 · Availability

We do our best to keep the site reachable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, temporarily close or remove parts of it.

8 · Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this site, from its unavailability, or from inaccuracies in the information shown.

This limitation does not apply in the event of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.

9 · Changes

We may amend these terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when the latest version was adopted.

10 · Governing law

Use of this site is governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the District Court of Noord-Holland.
